Each home is different. Inspections are priced based on the total square footage of the home, not just the finished areas. You are buying the entire home and that is what will be inspected. The size of the main floor, second floor, basement, crawlspaces, and garage spaces are all included in the inspection price calculation. The foundation type, the age and location of the property are taken into consideration too.
