MOLD and Indoor Air Sampling

Jon Bronemann Home Inspections, LLC is proud to offer our Mold Inspection and Mold Testing services.  I am a Certified Mold Inspector trained and certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors as well as IAC2 certified.

We can inspect your home for sources of moisture intrusion causing mold, test the surface areas and the air, provide you a certified independent laboratory report and make recommendations on your next steps toward ending any moisture problems and getting your air and home environment back to a healthier condition.

The process can involve the following steps:

• Consultation with you regarding the mold and air quality issues that concern you
• Review of the structure of your home in all accessible areas via a visual inspection and invasive techniques if needed.  We use thermal imaging, moisture meters, endoscopic cameras and other tools as well as special test sampling equipment.
• Surface sampling to verify if the organic growth is actually mold or something else.
• Air sampling can be conducted to verify the presence / quantity and the type of dangerous spores that may be in the air.  It is the airborne spores that cause adverse health reactions.  Independent professional certified laboratory testing and reporting are conducted.
• A written professional report of the findings will be provided.  This report can then be used for you to meet with your mold remediation company/contractor and even your health professional.
