I am extremely happy with the inspection that I got from Jon Bronemann. When I called Jon he asked if we wanted to be along for the inspection and worked out a time that was convenient for us. The day of the inspection he was prompt and on time and explained the process to us of what he was going to be looking at. He brought me along to areas of interest to show me first hand what the potential issue was, what it SHOULD look like and even options for repair and recommendations for who to complete. He also pointed out things that were done very well in the house and gave us comfort that remodels were done to code. From the moment you meet Jon, you can tell that he takes pride in his work and feels connected to those that hire him. That was proven time and again as he followed up with us along the process of buying a new house and moving in. He followed up with us when the report was finalized and sent via email the SAME DAY as the inspection. Again a few weeks later around the time we moved in and again after we were settled. CALL JON! I can't speak highly enough of this man. While researching local CERTIFIED home inspectors Jon's name stood out to me because of his 5 star rating AND lengthy positive reviews. Choosing a home inspector is a critical part of the home-buying process. And much like selecting a home, one should invest some time and effort in selecting a home inspector. My process was to speak to three home inspectors and after a 30-minute discussion with Jon Bronemann, I was comfortable that he was the right choice for me. The home I purchased has over 4000 square feet (when you add in the garage) and included a complex HVAC system (2 central air conditioners, an electric forced hot air furnace, 2 water heaters, one boiler and a 5-zone radiant in-floor heating set-up.) What's more, the house is close to 10 years old and I was really worried about all the things I missed when I visited during open houses and tours with my Realtor. I had read all of the other reviews about Jon and I can tell you with great assurance that they are incredibly accurate as to his process, his personalized service and his value as a home inspector. His price was fair and competitive with others but I believe I got so much more from him. His report is fantastic and I learned so much from him during his four hour inspection of my property. This is the sixth house I've purchased in my lifetime, I'm 55 years old and Jon really knew how to educate me without making me feel like a "clueless wonder." Do yourself a favor and hire this guy for your home inspection.
